This is a delivery from Genoa in Italy to Malta.

On our way to Malta, we pass Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily. For those who join the Rolex Middle Sea Race can already experience how the last part of the race will look like.

You need to have basic sailing experience and you will be an active member. You will be signed a task based on your sailing experience. The crew is divided into 2 watches.

Volvo 65 Sisi

Volvo 65 Sisi belongs to The Austrian Ocean Race Project which is a young and ambitious team of international sailors – with an Austrian core – who share the enthusiasm for big boat sailing. Their big goal is to participate in the Ocean Race 2022-23.

Volvo 65 Sisi is taking part in some regattas to prepare for The Ocean Race 2022-2023. In order to get the yacht there, deliveries are necessary. You are welcome to come along. Not always in race mode, but still a real experience sailing day and night in shifts.

After Sisi has earned a short break from racing after months at sea and the boat crew needs to do some small service work, Sisi will be in Genoa during the boat show. The Austrian Ocean Race Project will be present at the boat show in Genoa to promote the project in The Ocean Race 2022/2023 – destination city. For all fair visitors and curious people, there will be the possibility to participate in daily guided boat tours and sailing afternoons as well as to purchase the merchandise collection. After the boat show she will go on delivery to Malta for the Rolex Middle Sea Race

Saint-Tropez was a military stronghold and fishing village until the beginning of the 20th century. It was the first town on its coast to be liberated during World War II as part of Operation Dragoon. After the war, it became an internationally known seaside resort, renowned principally because of the influx of artists of the French New Wave in cinema and the Yé-yé movement in music. It later became a resort for the European and American jet set and tourists. Every year it hosts Les Voiles de St Tropez.
