Experience the thrill of sailing on an Ocean Race Volvo 65 while honing your skills and building your miles. This is a 760 Nm delivery from Malaga, Spain to Lanzarote, Canary Islands.

After leaving Malaga we pass Gibraltar. Our destination is the island Lanzarote part of the Canary Islands.

You need to have some sailing experience so you have an idea of where you get yourself into. You will be an active member and you are part of a watch system with an experienced watch leader.

Volvo 65 Sisi

Volvo 65 Sisi belongs to The Austrian Ocean Race Project which is a young and ambitious team of international sailors – with an Austrian core – who share the enthusiasm for big boat sailing. Their big goal is to participate in the Ocean Race 2022-23.

Volvo 65 Sisi is taking part in some regattas to prepare for The Ocean Race 2022-2023. In order to get the yacht there, deliveries are necessary. You are welcome to come along. Not always in race mode, but still a real experience sailing day and night in shifts. Sailing experience is required.
